Shipping Method
The Standard Shipping method is via ground mail.
For all items in stock, shipping will occur the next business day.
If the item is not in stock we will contact you by email or phone to explain
and provide an estimated shipping date.
Payment Methods
When you browse "My Violin Shop", all prices are displayed
as US Dollars. You can however switch to Canadian funds by
clicking the Canadian price flag. Back to US Dollars by clicking
the American price flag. All products sold outside of Canada
are to be purchased in US Dollars.

Product Line
We carry a complete line of violin
accessories and parts. Not all of our product line is displayed on this
website. If you don't see what you need please use our Contact Us page to
ask us for more information.
Return Policy
Product Refunds
Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 15 days of the order’s
shipping date. Items that have been opened, or in any way un-sellable may be
assessed a re-stocking fee of 20% at our discretion. Refunds will be sent to
you as a cheque within 14 business days of My Violin Shop's
receiving and approving your return.
Shipping Refunds
We will refund all shipping costs to and from if the return is a result of
our error. Return you’re shipment using standard U.S. Mail or Canada Post.
Return/Exchange Process
To process returns smoothly please contact us via email. We will contact you
and provide an Authorization Number which must be displayed on the Returned
Shipment Label.
